Excellent service, extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them myself again without question. Even through the postal strikes they went above and beyond to ensure I received my medication in time, a thoroughly professional service.

Still not arrived after over a week. Paid extra for 48 hr delivery. Blaming strikes from 30th and today even though they’ve had it over a week! Customer service say nothing they can do. Use an alternative courier then!

needed order urgently due to it being impossible to get an appointment at the doctors surgery, jumped through many hoops to be finally told the order had been cancelled without explanation. Why confirm the order has been approved by a doctor and take your money when they have no intention of sending it to you. There is something not right about this Dr Felix website...You have been warned

I placed an urgent order on the 6 Sept, I received an email saying that I
should check my junk mail for tracking details, money taken from my account on the 7th, I called them on the 8th and they said they would attend to this (took hours holding to get through), today is the 9th nothing has been received from this provider

Refunded my approved order, 29079 no reason, no follow up. No reply to my emails, nobody answers the telephone, (surely can’t be covid that’s two years ago) and today I get an email asking why I haven’t reordered? “I am low on my medication” You could not make it up. I had to find another company to dispense the drugs and they didn’t charge shipping or a review fee so a huge £9 cheaper - goodbye Dr Felix your admin is atrocious, because you are so bad I found somebody cheaper

Order number: #289396. Ordered on 5th August. Originally said would be delivered on 7th august hence why I ordered as I needed tablets on time. 8th august and there is still no sign of my order being dispatched. Have called multiple times and left multiple messages however nobody has gotten back

After initially having my order approved and waiting for more than 24 hours to be dispatched, they decided to cancel it and refund it because apparently the doctors have prescribed too much of the medication to other people. Like are you serious? I will definitely not be using your pharmacy again. I'm glad I purchased the medication elsewhere, and I didn't need to wait so long.

I placed and paid for an order on 30/5 (280356 in case Megan is reading!) It was approved, but I have not heard anything since. Have emailed and left numerous phone messages but no-one answers the phone or has bothered to get back to me. Have used this company before and they were efficient but now wondering what’s going on???

Update: the issue was quickly resolved once we made contact (though someone should have called me earlier), so upping rating to 3stars.
